Local Pick Up In Winston Salem, NC

Once your order is placed, please allow 24 hours to process. Once order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email/text messages, detailing your pick up date and time. Local pick up days are Wednesday and Saturday (between the hours of 6:30pm-7:30pm (wednesdays) and 12:00pm-4:00pm (saturdays))

If Wednesdays or Saturdays Do Not work? Same Day Delivery?

Please respond to your text message confirmation from (704)-802-2444 requesting a different pick up day and time. If you would like same day local delivery there is a $20 delivery fee. 

Shipping 

After your payment has been approved, order processing can take up to  24-48 hours. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are based on your address, weight, and dimension of your order. Business Days include Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays). Tracking information will be provided with all shipping orders. 

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. 

Packaging 

Due to the nature of items sold by Smile’s ToyBox, all packaging will be discrete for shipping and pick up orders. All orders are placed in nondescript poly mailers. 

For Shipping Orders: the only identifying marks on your order are your mailing address and ours, along with the store's name. Our logo is not included on the outside of any order being shipped.

For Pick Up Orders: A name tag is added to your poly mailer with a logo sticker. Our logo is also included on the name tag.
